At the November 12th, 2019 Regular Town Meeting, the Board of Commissioners for the Town of Upper Marlboro introduced two DRAFT Ordinances or Public Review and Comment. Please submit online public comment using the below survey link by Friday November 29nd, 2019 at 5pm.

Ordinance 2019-08 Overview:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF UPPER MARLBORO TO AUTHORIZE AND PROVIDE A PROCESS FOR THE POSING OF NONBINDING AND ADVISORY BALLOT QUESTIONS TO BE PLACED BEFORE THE VOTERS AT A TOWN ELECTION; AND GENERALLY RELATING TO TOWN ELECTIONS AND ELECTION PROCEDURES.
