*The Town of Upper Marlboro now has a 2-year Business License!
Initially started in 2018, the Town of Upper Marlboro Business Licensing system assists the Town in monitoring and tracking businesses operating within its corporate limits.
Below you will find the steps all businesses located within the Town of Upper Marlboro are required to obtain your bi-annual Town Business License:
Step 1: Complete the Business Licensing Form
Step 2: Pay your 2-Year Business Licensing Fee by Credit Card or Check ($300.00)
Pay Online: By clicking the below link
By Mail: Mail Check or Money Order to: The Town of Upper Marlboro PO Box 280, Upper Marlboro MD 20773
In-Person: Town Hall 14211 School Lane Upper Marlboro MD 20772 (Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card) Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Step 4: Wait for your Town Business License to be mailed to the address you provided!
