Business License Program

In September 2018, the Board of Town Commissioners for the Town of Upper Marlboro approved a Town Business Licensing system to assist the Town in monitoring and tracking businesses operating within its corporate limits. This process has been in place in most other municipalities for decades. Below you will find the steps all businesses located within the Town of Upper Marlboro are required to obtain your 2019/2018 Town Business License.

Step 1: Complete the Business Licensing Form here

Step 2:
Contact the Town at 301-627-6905 ex. 1103 if you have a County Liquor License or Vending Machines. If none, move to Step 3.

Step 3: Pay your Business Licensing Fee by Credit Card or Check ($300.00).

Step 4: Wait for your Town Business License to be mailed to the address you provided!

*Due to this being the first year of this program, the Town has extended the deadline to July 31, 2019, for all businesses located within Town limits to apply.
