The Upper Marlboro Arts Council will host its 2nd annual arts festival in the heart of downtown Upper Marlboro. It will feature multiple art genres, including fine art (painting, drawing, pottery), music, photography, film, and poetry. The Happy Leaf Arts Festival encompasses a unique snapshot of Upper Marlboro’s identity, providing an opportunity to revitalize and preserve the culture and serve as a creative laboratory for performers.
Paint & Sip Event:
Help support the Upper Marlboro Arts Council by coming out and painting outside in downtown Upper Marlboro! Refreshments will be provided. This event is held as part of the Upper Marlboro Art's Council's annual Happy Leaf Arts Festival.

Interested in being a vendor for the Happy Leaf Arts Festival marketplace?
The art festival will showcase 30 local vendors having a 10' x 10' space for setting up to sell their fine art and artistic products. The vendor is responsible for bringing equipment, tent, and tables for the event. Vendor fees are $75 for Artists and $100 for Food Vendors. Event fees will be due once the final vendors are selected and notified. For Food Vendors, it is your responsibility to obtain a valid Prince George’s County Health Department Permit for the sale of your product.Please fill out the below google form and let us know your interest. UMAC will be selecting up to twenty vendors to showcase the diverse talent and arts in Upper Marlboro.
