The Façade Improvement Program works well and has been a part of the revitalization effort for Upper Marlboro since 2014. One of the priorities of the Program is to enhance the vintage feel of the Town and continue the initiative of a robust re-birth of the County Seat of Prince George’s County.
Property and Business owners whose businesses are located in the downtown area are invited to participate now! The property must be used for business purposes and mixed-use properties are also eligible.
Some eligible improvements/repairs to the buildings’ facades could be exterior painting, lighting, signage, and window replacement; just to name a few.
