Town Seeking Applicants For The Economic Development Workgroup
The Town of Upper Marlboro is seeking applicants to serve on the Board of the Upper Marlboro Economic Development Workgroup. This workgroup is charged with assisting the Town with the redevelopment & revitalization of Downtown Upper Marlboro, managing the Town's Facade & Building Improvement Grant Program, and managing the Town's DHCD Sustainability Community Designation, among other tasks.
Who can serve on the Board? Town residents, Business owners, commercial property owners, one current Town Commissioner, and other stakeholders with an interest in downtown Upper Marlboro can serve on the Workgroup Board of Directors.
