If you are interested in being vaccinated in the downtown Upper Marlboro area please complete the below interest form. This form is open to all Town of Upper Marlboro and Prince George's County residents ages 16 and up. Link below:
The Town of Upper Marlboro is partnering with Prince George's County & the Maryland Department of Aging to bring two possible vaccine sites to the downtown Upper Marlboro area: a general site for everyone and a site for residents ages 60 & up. Prior to establishing exact dates and times, the Town has been asked to provide a list of interested residents.
In addition to filling out the Town interest form, residents are also encouraged to pre-register to get vaccinated at County & State sites.
You do not need to notify us if you receive a vaccine at another site after completing this interest form.
