Passing of Former President Helen Ford
It is with heavy hearts that the Town of Upper Marlboro announces the passing of former Town President/Mayor Helen M. Ford. Former President Helen Ford served the Town as an elected official for over 22 years from 1984 until 2006 and was a life-long Town resident.
