Parade Information & Registration
Parade Registration:
The Town of Upper Marlboro is currently accepting area community groups, businesses, elected officials, government agencies and anyone else interested in participating in the Main Street Parade to register now before the Friday, March 29, 2019 deadline.

Parade Route:
The parade route will begin at the Upper Marlboro Town Hall on School Lane, and follow Old Crain Highway onto Main Street and end in Downtown Upper Marlboro on Governor Oden Bowie Drive in front of the County Administration Building. The route is estimated to be 0.5 miles long.
Parade Line-Up:
The parade will begin and line up from the Board of Education Administration Building parking lot located at 14201 School Lane, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Line up and check-in begins at 9am, and ends at 9:45am. All participants will need to be in line on School Lane by 9:45am, and the parade begins promptly at 11am.
All participants will need to register prior to the parade, there will be NO on-site registration. Participates who show up without prior registration will be turned away.
Roadways Closings:
Several roadways in Downtown Upper Marlboro will be closed for roughly one hour for this parade with traffic diverted to other roadways. Some of the roadways that are anticipated to be affected include Old Crain Highway, Main Street, MD 725, and Governor Oden Bowie Drive.
